Pipeline Cleaning Pigs

We Specialize in manufacturing Pipeline Cleaning  PIGS with open cell PU foam in low (2-3 lbs/ft3), medium (5-7 lbs/ft3), high (8-10 |bs/ft3) and very high densities. Available in different size from 1 to 60 inches. Ideal for multiple diameter pipeline and short bends.We also specialize in manufacturing long run rough rider foam pig(1 2-14 Ibs/ft3).We can offer these pigs with bare foam, coated with high performance PU Elastomer in the backside, fully coated, coated with criss-cross attem, fixing silicon carbide strap or wire brush strap over the coating, efc. Pigging is a method of using device that goes through the pipeline to aid in cleaning, inspection or dimensioning. Cleaning a pipeline by pigging is important as soon as construction of a pipeline has been completed in order to remove the debris left over during construction.

Application

  • Foam / Poly pigs are molded from polyurethane and fitted with wire bristles, studs, etc,  bonded to them. They are primarily used for pipeline rehabilitation. 
  • These pigs have a cylindrical shape to keep unit loading low.
  • These pigs are also used as the starting point of a pigging programme for  pipelines that have not been previously pigged.
  • There are various types of foam/poly pigs to meet specific pigging requirements,  including low, medium, high and ultra-high density and bare foam pigs. 
  • These include bare foam pigs, fully coated foam pigs, criss-cross coated foam pigs and silicon carbide strip pasted foam pigs.

Cleaning Pigs

The PIG launcher, an essential part of the system, is not simply a launch platform, but precise engineering that plays a crucial role in the controlled and safe insertion of the PIGs into the pipeline.

Cups & Discs

Batching Pigs

High quality PU elastomers in specified shore hardness are used to make Batch- ing/Gauging PIGS. Cup type PIGS are used for standard pigging operations: De- watering during hydrostatic testing & drying the pipeline, paraffin removal, rou- tine batching operations and product removal. These are available in different shapes and sizes thus meeting the diverse needs of our clients.
